Friends of Second Marsh
Explore the system of trails surrounding Second Marsh that provide access to diverse ecological habitats and a viewing deck that provides beautiful panoramic views of the wetland and its inhabitants. Harmony Creek Golf Centre offers an 18-hole executive golf course, driving range, mini putt, restaurant, and full-service banquet facility that is open to the public. You’ll experience a great workout for your irons as you navigate their 18 superbly crafted holes and expertly manicured greens.

Treetop Eco-Adventure Park
Treetop Eco-Adventure Park is an aerial treetop trekking and zipline park in North Oshawa. There are courses available for all ages. A Jr. Children's course has aerial elements and ziplines for youngsters from ages 3 to 6 years old. They also have 2 different Children's courses and 5 Youth & Adult courses depending on a height reach requirement. All of the courses are self guided with guides on the ground or courses to provide assistance where needed. The Big Zip is a zipline that is 734' in length and can reach speeds up to 35km. Reservations are required.
Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority
Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) owns and manages eight Conservation Areas in the Region of Durham.
Conservation Areas are the places where CLOCA protects ecologically significant land, and educates and inspires future generations by encouraging broader resource conservation through experience and appreciation. Being out in nature not only benefits physical health, but increases creativity, provides stress relief, and helps improve memory and mood.
